Individual Therapy

Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow’. ~ Mary Anne Radmacher.

In one-on-one engagements, we co-form body-attuned, safe relational space(s). We learn to expand our somatic capacity to regulate, orient and attend to overwhelm, distress, stuckness, fatigue, pain, etc.

We express, embody, enact, and amplify present-moment experiences. Exploring the interconnection between the body, thoughts, emotions, and sensations aids us in discovering unique bottom-up pathways and choices. We anchor in creativity and imagination as allies to befriend the imprints that no longer serve us.

In a client's words, "Collaborating with Jaya has been an enriching experience. Our sessions are centred around trusting and communicating with the mind and body. The sessions are interactive and explorative. I feel more confident listening and being present in my body and breath. I have had such an honest and interesting journey understanding myself and my mental health".

You are not expected to be artistically or somatically predisposed to benefit from my approach. My practice welcomes neurodivergent, gender-fluid, culturally diverse and differently-abled humans.
