Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow’. ~ Mary Anne Radmacher.

A client shares, "Jaya's process and practice have allowed me to go deeper and tap into what's going on for me in a way I haven't been able to through talk therapy alone. She holds space with gentleness, curiosity and confidence so you feel like you are in safe hands. As a woman of colour and migrant, I have felt particularly understood and seen by Jaya.

The following aspects differentiates my practice.

- Foregrounding bodily ways of knowing, relational safety and expanding the capacity to co-regulate, orient and attend to present-moment experiences.

- Amplifying creative self-expression, spontaneity and imagination as unique bottom-up pathways to strengthen intuition and containment.

- Repository of guided support (visual/ audio) between sessions to cultivate resource to express, embody and enact overwhelm, distress, stuckness, fatigue, racing thoughts, chronic pain and overthinking.

- Novel experimention to cultivate somatic integration knitting  felt sensation, thoughts, memory, emotions, and movements.

You are not expected to be artistically or somatically predisposed to immerse yourself in my approach. My practice welcomes neurodivergent, gender-fluid, culturally diverse, and differently abled humans.
